    250 g of Señora Julia exceptional premium spicy chorizo picante is made in the town of Viguera, La Rioja, following a traditional recipe typical of La Rioja northern region of Spain.

    It is made with selected meat from female pigs: ham, bacon, sirloin and bacon. The paprika used is the one protected by the appellation of origin D. O. "Pimentón de la Vera", sea salt and garlic. All this results in the quality of an exquisite product.

    Mrs. Julia acquired the traditional recipes of sausage making from her ancestors, and has been the transmitter of this knowledge to the new generations.
