The Ibérico Chorizo de Bellota (acorn-fed) is made according to a traditional recipe from high-quality lean Ibérico pork seasoned with paprika. The piece has undergone a curing and drying process of at least 50 days. This Ibérico product comes from a unique environment: our pastures, covered with the best grass and thousand-year-old holm oaks that, generation after generation, provide the pigs with valuable acorns.
The Chorizo is a completely natural Ibérico product without artificial ingredients, nitrites, and nitrates, very healthy thanks to the contribution of oleic acid from the acorns, the same as olive oil and provides the meat with a high content of proteins, vitamins, minerals, and natural antioxidants.
