A variety inspired by the classic cheese with quince that can be served both as an aperitif and as a dessert. This nougat is made from refined white almond praline with blue cheese, chopped walnuts and quince. This unique ingot is wrapped in a white coating with a velvety finish that is so reminiscent of cheese.
Torrons Vicens is a family business with a long tradition of nougat.
