The Sobao Pasiego is a typical pastry from the Valles Pasiegos in Cantabria. It can be served for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, accompanied by milk or coffee.
This product enjoys appellation of origin status with IGP (protected geographical indication).
Wheat flour, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic ferments and coloring (carotene)), sugar, eggs, raising agent (E-500-II, E-450-I), humectant (glycerin), glucose syrup, preservative (E-200), and honey.
Contains gluten, egg, milk (including lactose).
