70 cl bottle of Panizo Herbal liqueur (licor de hierbas), Orujo-based, from the town of Camarzana de Tera, Zamora (Castile and Leon). ABV: 30%
It is made from marc spirit macerated for three months with 33 different kinds of herbs, including camomile, palulu, lemon verbena, nutmeg, orange ..... Once the maceration process is finished, it is lightly sweetened. Before bottling, it undergoes a cold filtering process to prevent mist and precipitation in the bottle. The resulting herbal liqueur has a crystalline yellow colour and a mild aroma of wild herbs, menthol and citrus.
Finally, it is bottled in an original anti-slip glass bottle, with a built-in pourer, natural cork stopper, and wooden head.
It offers digestive characteristics. Ideal for after-dinner drinks. Suitable on its own on the rocks or as a cocktail ingredient.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful colour, bright and luminous lemon yellow. Fine and intense aromas with aromatic herbs, menthol, citrus, quince peel, which leave a very fresh sensation. Silky and fresh in the mouth, with hints of citrus. Adequate sweetness of aromatic herbs. Intense and delicate finish.
