    Muntanyola´s cured buffalo cheese is made using artisan traditional methods with buffalo milk. In vacuum-sealed packaging.

    From buffalo milk rich in calcium, proteins, iron and phosphorus, Muntanyola cheese makers obtain this little jewel full of nuances. A cured buffalo cheese matured for two to four months with a very complex ochre rind. Its ivory-coloured interior gives off an intense aroma and subtle aromas of salted butter. Creamy in the mouth, slippery. Persistent character.
