Blue cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk, produced in Asturias, it is characterised by its artisan presentation, traditionally covered with fig leaves, although these have long since been banned for reasons of hygiene.
It is softer and creamier than the famous Cabrales DOP cheese, but without losing the essence of this type of cheese and maintaining the bouquet of the cave where it is matured and refined, ideal for spreading and for making sauces and creams.
