Cheese with a very personal rind, impregnated with the lactic notes of goat's milk and beer, with which the rind is gently applied to modify it and make it more aromatic.
Tender, unctuous texture, with acidic and toasted sensations, and an aftertaste reminiscent of beer. For this reason, the ideal pairing is with the beer with which the cheese has been made.
This cheese follows the same production process as the rest of the cheeses without seasoning and to which artisan beer is added, also made in Lluçanés, Barcelona. This mixture gives the cheese a delicious and unique personal touch.
