Farcedo Ibérico Morcilla Extremeña is a traditional sausage made mainly with lean pork meat, bacon and fat from Ibérico pigs, pig´s blood, paprika from La Vera, common salt and natural spices. It is black in colour and matured in natural drying sheds until it reaches its optimum curing point.
