Sobrasada of Mallorca is a typical sausage Mallorca and the Balearic Islands and very consumed in Spain, with a long tradition. It is obtained from pork and its preparation and maturation used to allow the meat to be available for a long time. Sobrasada is made with meat and pork bacon and seasoned with salt, paprika and spices, without artificial colouring.
