The Gran Luxe of Casa Riera Ordeix is characterized by its long drying process and its limited production.
Traditional cured charcuterie product. Selection of the best pork cuts (hams, loins, belly) for a lean, healthy product. Ground and seasoned according to a family recipe and put through a calm curing process with a short marinading period and then dried, allowing natural flora to appear.
This process gives the product a rounded shape and an intense colour and flavour. Packaged in flow-pack for a better, more hygienic preservation and to prevent drying.
