Made in the town of Puigcerdá, in the Cerdanya region of Girona, Catalonia, Carlit´s llonganissa (longaniza) sausage is made with patience and the pure air of Cerdanya. Which is why it has such a unique and special taste. This is achieved as a result of the environmental and climatic conditions of the region and the experience, handed down from generation to generation by its producers.
Carlit´s Cerdanya llonganissa is a sausage made from pork with salt and pepper. A product cured and dried in a natural and artisan manner. The maturation and drying process that the llonganissa undergoes gives it a taste characteristic of that region.
It is ideal as an appetiser or as a cold meat for sandwiches.
