    This product comes with 12 slices of 50% wholemeal crystal bread (pan de cristal integral), pre-cut and ready to toast, that could be frozen upon arrival until you need it.

    Spanish crystal bread (pan de cristal) is characterised by a very thin and crunchy crust, with a light and not very dense crumb and a very mild flavour. It is a delicious homemade bread! Perfect with cheese or any kind of charcuterie or simply with crushed tomato and a good extra virgin olive oil.  Ideally, should be toasted for super crunchy taste.

    Made with sourdough and olive oil, Cristallino bread is a unique bread that stands out for its double fermentation, its high hydration and now also for its recipe, which incorporates 50% wholemeal flour. Its careful production process and wholemeal flour result in a thin crust and a darker, softer, honeycombed crumb that is very appealing to the eye and even better to the palate.

    Respecting the tradition, Cristallino bread is a soft bread, 100% crust and almost crumbless. It contains sourdough and olive oil. This unique bread is characterised by a very crispy crust, but has a light and honeycombed crumb.
