300 gr net weight can (with a drained weight of 130 gr) of La Española Green olives stuffed with anchovies, Suaves, with 35% less salt, manzanilla variety, from the town of Alcoy (Alicante), Valencia Community.
The most classic stuffed olives (aceitunas verdes rellenas de anchoa), but with less salt. Made with selected Manzanilla Fina olives. Carefully pitted and stuffed with anchovies, allowing for an excellent combination that characterises their great flavour.
Spanish stuffed olives were born at the beginning of the last century when the Mediterranean anchovy was combined with the fine manzanilla olive. A combination so delicious that it became one of the most popular tapa in Spain.
