Diced ham cubes come from hams elaborated at all times following the tradition and standards of the ETG. The minimum curing period is 12 months. Once the ham is ready to be consumed, it is boned by hand, and the cubes are shaped, peeled and polished, so that the customer can take 100% advantage of the product. The product is ready for slicing, slicing... and you enjoy a ham with an intense, pleasant and balanced flavour.
Mayoral: Based in Somontano de Barbastro, Huesca, it was founded at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains in 1950 to produce pork products. Since then, they have continued the work that began three generations ago, keeping the old recipes and the secrets of the production and curing process of these traditional products. This artisan production is complemented by a meticulous selection of raw materials, as well as the incorporation of new technologies and quality certificates.
